Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026
Welcome to Event Cam. By creating an event, joining an event as a guest, or otherwise using Event Cam (the “Service”), you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Using Event Cam
Event Cam lets hosts create a shared photo gallery for an event, and lets guests join via a link or QR code to take and upload photos — no account or app install required. Hosts are responsible for the events they create, including who they invite and how the gallery is moderated.
Guest-Submitted Content
Photos uploaded by guests remain owned by the person who took them. By uploading a photo, you grant the event host the right to view, download, moderate, and share it as part of that event's gallery. Hosts can flag or remove photos they don't want included.
Acceptable Use
- Don't upload content that is illegal, harassing, or violates someone else's rights.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Respect the privacy of other guests — only upload photos you have the right to share.
Plans & Event Limits
Some events are limited by guest count, photo count, or event duration depending on the plan selected at creation. Details for each plan are shown during checkout before you purchase.
Availability
We aim to keep Event Cam available and reliable, including offline photo queuing for venues with poor connectivity. That said, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we're not liable for lost photos due to factors outside our reasonable control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Event Cam after a change means you accept the updated terms.
