What is Event Cam?

Event Cam turns your phone into a disposable camera for weddings and other events. Guests open a link or scan a QR code, take photos right in the browser, and every photo lands in one shared gallery — instantly, with no app download required.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Event Cam runs in the browser and can be added to a guest's home screen with one tap for an app-like experience — but it works perfectly fine without installing anything.

Do guests need to create an account?

No. Guests just enter the event code or scan the QR code and start shooting. No sign-up, no passwords.

How do hosts see the photos?

Hosts get a live gallery that fills up in real time as guests take photos. From the dashboard, hosts can view, flag, download, or remove any photo, and run a live slideshow during the event.

What happens to the photos after the event?

Photos remain available in the gallery for the retention period included with the host's plan. Hosts can download the full gallery at any time before it's removed. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Is there a limit on photos or guests?

Limits depend on the plan chosen when the event is created. Details are shown during setup before the event goes live.
